The History of RPC
Regina Pacis College is an all-girls Catholic boarding secondary school situated in Garki II, Abuja, catering to students aged 10 to 18. Established on November 22, 1991, by Dominic Cardinal Ekandem, its mission was to offer quality education to children in the newly formed Federal Capital Territory.
The school began with a pioneering group of 32 students, supported by 3 Reverend Sisters, 4 tutorial staff, and 2 non-tutorial staff at its temporary location, the Pope John Paul II Catholic Centre in Maitama. In October 1992, it transitioned to its permanent site in Garki II. The college operates under the proprietorship of Most Rev. Dr. Ignatius Kaigama and is managed by the Daughters of Divine Love (DDL) Congregation.
With a focus on academic excellence and moral formation, Regina Pacis College strives to nurture disciplined, well-rounded, and successful young women, upholding its legacy as a beacon of quality education and sound values.
